Our caregivers specialize in delivering virtual, non-pharmaceutical interventions for a range of mental health conditions. These evidence-based approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Training, Autogenic Training, and other treatment modalities designed to support emotional wellness.
While we do not prescribe or manage medication at Ontario RN, medication can play an important role in a comprehensive treatment plan. For pharmaceutical interventions, we encourage that you consult with your primary care provider.
